By engaging BelakStudio for custom software engineering, commissioning websites, or registering an account on our developer portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.
All client engineering projects are delivered under clearly defined milestone agreements. Projects proceed through four standardized phases: Architecture & Discovery, Core Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Final Production Deployment. Payment schedules are tied directly to agreed milestone completions.
Upon receipt of full contract payment, all custom source code, design assets, database structures, and production deliverables built explicitly for the client transfer to full client ownership. BelakStudio retains ownership of proprietary pre-existing libraries, general utilities, and foundational studio boilerplates.
BelakStudio provides a 30-day bug resolution warranty following final client deployment, covering any discrepancies between the delivered system and approved functional specifications. Continued ongoing maintenance, infrastructure scaling, and feature expansions are available under separate service-level agreements (SLAs).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BelakStudio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or unauthorized third-party disruptions of services beyond our direct engineering control.
