1. Scope and Commitment

BelakStudio ("the Studio", "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual privacy and proprietary data rights of our clients, developers, and visitors. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information transmitted through our website (belakstudio.pro.et), our client portal, our developer API gateways, and our communication channels.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Full name, verified email address, hashed authentication credentials, company name, and optional Telegram handles.
• API Telemetry: Request timestamps, client IP addresses (anonymized where applicable), HTTP methods, request URIs, response status codes, and latency figures for rate-limiting enforcement and security monitoring.
• Client Project Data: Architectural briefs, requirements documents, and staging assets submitted during custom development engagements.

3. Cryptographic Storage Standards

We apply strict cryptographic protection to sensitive keys and credentials. API secrets are generated via cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generators (random_bytes) and stored in our database strictly as one-way SHA-256 hashes. BelakStudio personnel cannot decrypt or retrieve your raw API secret once displayed. Client passwords are encrypted using salted BCRYPT algorithms.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

BelakStudio does not sell, lease, or monetize customer or developer data. Information is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., DNS, CDN nodes, and hosting environments) necessary to execute our obligations, or as required by applicable laws in Ethiopia.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Clients and registered developers may request complete account deletion, API key revocation, and purge of request logs by contacting contact@belakstudio.pro.et.
